It took a century of dedication and hard work to establish thriving schools.
It took only 50 seconds for a devastating earthquake to destroy them.
Despite the challenges, the Oblate Sisters persist in the difficult task of reconstructing these schools. Numerous children lost family members during the tragic event. Now, more than ever, these children rely on the compassionate support of the Oblate Sisters.
A sign of Hope
St.Leonie School in Manta was completely destroyed.
The Sisters found the statue of Our Lady of Light near the school entrance was preserved from harm, a sign of hope for the future.
South Africa
Oblate Sisters offer children love and nourishment. By providing food and love to hungry children, the Sisters are not just filling their bellies but also their hearts.
Investing in education equips children with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the future. The Sisters unlock the potential and talents of these children, paving the way for a brighter tomorrow.
Hello from South Africa
United States
Educating children to be no more and no less than their best.
Children who are nurtured in a faith-filled and loving environment are more likely to flourish and thrive both academically and socially.
By incorporating values of kindness, compassion, and respect into their education, we not only help children develop essential life skills but also instill in them a strong sense of empathy and understanding towards others.
We need
